Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing
Tokko Group processes personal data for the purposes listed below:
Customer Relationships
Tokko Group primarily processes personal data to provide and deliver the Tokko Group services that a person has ordered or to which they have registered. Personal data is processed for managing and analyzing customer relationships and other relevant relationships, delivering services, developing and planning business, conducting opinion and market research, and customer communications, which may also be carried out electronically and targeted.

Tokko Group may process personal data collected from individuals for marketing purposes if the individual has given their consent or, in certain cases, has not expressly objected. Individuals have the right to withdraw their consent to the use of their data for marketing purposes at any time by contacting the contact details provided in this privacy policy or using the opt-out option provided in marketing communications (e.g., unsubscribe link).
Tokko Group does not sell or disclose processed personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes unless the individual has given their explicit consent. Marketing activities carried out by Tokko Group on behalf of other data controllers are described below.

Tokko Group processes personal data of investors in accordance with the Finnish Companies Act. Personal data provided by shareholders is used only in connection with the handling of the general meeting and necessary registrations. Data is not transferred.
Legal Basis for Processing
Tokko Group processes your personal data based on various legal grounds, depending on whether Tokko Group is acting as the data controller or data processor for your personal data. When Tokko Group is the data controller, the processing of personal data is based on:

Providing personal data to Tokko Group is not generally a condition for entering into a contract or receiving services. However, if it is, and Tokko Group cannot deliver the services you have ordered without your personal data, the provision of such data will be marked as mandatory.
